2. Printed copy of entry confirmation email with the QR code

3. A completed Disclaimer Form (download here)

If you do not have the required documents you will not be able to collect the race kit.

Can’t make it to Race Kit Collection?

Don’t panic. You have two options if you are not able to make it on the collection date.


1. Send a representative!

You can send a friend or a family member to collect your kit on your behalf. Please be mindful of the requirements. If your representative does not have the required documents, they will not be able to collect your kit.

What to bring:

1. Representative’s Identification (FIN or passport)

2. Printed copy of signed Authorisation Form

3. Printed copy of Participants Identification (FIN or passport)

4. Printed copy of Participants entry confirmation email

5. Printed copy of Participants completed Disclaimer Form

*Each appointed representative can collect up to a maximum of six (6) race packs including his own race pack if he/she is a registered runner.

2. Have your race kit delivered to you!

The courier service is $22 and $10 for every extra person to the same address.
Email us to request this service or add it on when you register for the race. Event participants must make sure to request and purchase before the deadline: Monday 15 October 23:59.

Delivery will take place Wednesday 17 October.

Race day tips and tricks for the perfect race – hear some great insider tips and tricks for success at the event from our MetaSport coach. What should you eat pre-race, what clothing should you wear, how should you pace your effort, how much should you drink during the run? Plus some sneaky tips to shave seconds off your time! Bring your questions along and we will have them answered! 30 mins

Race day nutrition – nailed! All the effort in training can unravel on race day if you don’t get your nutrition right. Our MetaSport coach will detail what to eat pre-race (and what not to eat!), the timing of your pre-race meal, how much water to drink pre-race, what to carry with you around the course, how often to stop at aid stations, and what to eat after the race to ensure you recover well. There will be Q & A time so come ready for some interactive discussions! 30 mins
