WARM-UP AEROBICS
16:45, Main Stage

Join us for a high-energy aerobics session to get you all pumped up before the race! Spectators are welcome too!

ZUMBA
17:30, Main Stage

Get your groove on after the race and join the Zumba session. Do it to cool down or celebrate your fantastic race finish! Ready those dance moves!

YOGA
18:00, Secondary Stage

Get your cheer squad involved in the fun and fitness! They are free to join the yoga session at the Promenade Lawn, and enjoy their own workout while you’re out on the course.

STRONG by ZUMBA
19:00, Main Stage

This is taking Zumba into an entirely NEW level. Taking cardio, cross fit and kickboxing and creating a fusion workout that will leave your muscles and heart screaming for more! Throw in some high beat music and it’s a session that you won’t want to end!

SUNDOWNERS
19:30 – 21:30, Main Stage

It’s more than just a race, it’s a festival! Enjoy live music as our resident DJ spins and delicious food vendors offer sumptuous fare.  Bring a picnic mat and settle in for a post-race social watching the skyline.

KIDS’ CORNER
16:30 – 21:30, Kids Area

Don’t leave the kids behind! Focus on the race, while the young ones are entertained at the Kids Corner—there will be funny clowns, balloon twisting action, face painting fun, colouring for the artsy ones, jumping castle and kids games!
